Twin Lights Studio - Pottery & Sculpture Scott Place and Erin O'Sullivan create both functional pottery and sculpture inspired by the multiple layers of undeniable beauty which abounds on Cape Ann. Pots are made with an underlying awareness of the endless fluctuations of light, texture and surface related to the interaction of sea and shore. Sculptures range from interpretations of shells and sea creatures by Erin to a “sculpted diary” by Scott featuring figurative works and wall sculptures inspired by the balanced obsession of lobstering and making art. Classes are offered for children and adults year round and the gallery is open throughout the year. |
